Day 6 - Beach Day

On Thursday we went to the tidepools at La Jolla (beautiful), then we went to the beach at Del Mar. Zach had a lot of fun picking up shells and playing in the sand and water. He is fearless and jumped into the waves with no qualms whatsoever. I, as a mother, wish he had a few more qualms. He immediately fell asleep in the car when we left the beach, so Charles took me on a driving tour of his neighborhood from high school. We picked up some yummy burritos and went back to the hotel, relaxed, did some laundry, and watched the Celtics. And went to the pool, of course. :) This was a fun day, but somehow we ended up with only two pictures!
